Our newly Patented “SEAL-X” is the gold standard in shaft grounding technology.
It is a 2-in 1 solution, that offers better Protection, Longer Life, and more Reliability than any other shaft grounding technology on the market today.
All Shaft grounding devices are exposed to grease/oil from electric machine bearing housings. This exposure accounts for the majority (99%) of damaging contamination, especially when it is mixed with air contamination thereby making it more abrasive and sticky.
This grease/oil can increase through time so that after a short while contact with the shaft is greatly reduced or completely stopped.
Not so for our “SEAL-X” ring which uses a built in PTFE seal that protects the fibres from excessive grease and oil released from the electric motor bearing housing. Ensuring 99% protection if fitted on the outside and 100% contamination free protection on the inside of an electrical machine.
